Starting October 1, 2024, the Visa Lounge Service will be provided by DRAGONPASS. Cardholders enjoy free access, while accompanying guests may enter for an additional fee of USD 32, plus a 28% tax applicable within Azerbaijan.
With access to over 1,200 business lounges worldwide, you can enjoy: • 2 complimentary entries per year with your Visa Platinum card • 4 complimentary entries per year with your Visa Signature card
Note: To access lounge services, Miles&Smiles PASHA Bank Platinum cardholders must activate their card by performing any transaction at an ATM. Visa Platinum cardholders must also make payments totaling at least AZN 500 via smartphone or smartwatch within the past 35 days. Please note that each transaction is confirmed within five business days.
Additional information: The card must be active at the time of lounge entry. A temporary charge of USD 1 will be applied to verify card activity and will be refunded immediately.
In addition to the Visa concierge chatbot, the new “Visa Airport Companion” mobile app is now available. It provides Visa Premium cardholders with information about eligible lounges, annual limits, available benefits, and entry history.
