Free transfer service for Miles & Smiles Visa Platinum cardholders!
With the support of the Airtransfer company, Visa Platinum cardholders can now use the free transfer service twice a year when departing or arriving at the airports in Istanbul, Baku, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai.
2. Press the Order Service button in the Airport transfer menu
3. Read and accept the rules
4. Enter the flight number, date, the number of passengers, and luggage, your name, surname, and contact details
5. Receive an order confirmation notification, and your car will arrive to pick you up
The maximum number of passengers in one transfer is 4 people. The number of luggage items should not exceed 4, non-standard luggage is not accepted for transportation. If you need additional services (such as providing a child seat), please indicate this when placing the order.
You must arrive at the place where the service will be provided by the date specified in the order. There are time limits for the waiting period. A flight delay cannot be a reason for changing the order time.
You can order a transfer at least 12 hours before the service is provided. You can cancel the transfer via the chatbot, provided there are 12 hours or more remaining before the order is fulfilled.
To use the service, Visa Platinum cardholders must pay a total of 300 AZN within the last 35 days through smartphone or smartwatch. Please note that every payment made is confirmed within 5 days.
Example: You have planned a trip on July 25. You have already paid a total of 210 AZN by July 15. In this case, you must pay an additional 90 AZN by July 20. Because every payment made is confirmed within 5 days.
Note: The card must be active when entering the hall. To check the card's activity, 1 USD will be charged and refunded immediately.
Free transfer at Istanbul airports
Make your travels comfortable with Visa premium cards. You can use the free transfer service for departure and arrival at Istanbul's Sabiha Gökçen International Airport and New Istanbul Airport.
Which cards are valid for the service? Visa Platinum – up to 2 transfers per year, regardless of the airport.
How to use the service?
Book at least 12 hours before the service is to be provided. • Register in the Visa Concierge chatbot: Visa Concierge (mssg.me); • In the chatbot’s relevant menu, select the Airport transfers section; • Read and accept the current rules; • Add your Visa card and check the service availability; • Choose the airport that suits you; • In the chatbot, enter your name, surname, the number of passengers, the number of bags, the flight number, the address (for the airport arrival/departure), the date and time the car should be provided, the name plate, the flight ticket, and additional services.
If any changes occur in the information, contact the Visa Concierge chatbot at least 6 hours before the service is to be provided. The passenger must arrive at the service location before the time specified in the order. Based on the agreed order, the passenger waiting time is: • For airport transfer, the waiting time is 30 minutes for all orders. • For airport transfers, the waiting time after actual landing is 60 minutes.
If the specified time passes and the passenger does not arrive, the transfer order will be considered fulfilled.
How to cancel the service?
To cancel the service, contact the Visa Concierge chatbot at least 6 hours before the service is to be provided.
Luggage conditions
The transfer is carried out within the Istanbul city limits. A maximum of 5 passengers and 5 pieces of luggage are allowed per transfer order: • 22 inches (55x25x35 cm) standard luggage size – 1 luggage unit • 28 inches (76x48x29 cm) luggage size will be accepted as 2 luggage units
Depending on the luggage size, each vehicle has a luggage limit, and the relevant information will be provided to the passenger at the time of the order. Non-standard luggage is not accepted for transportation.

To be able to use the transfer in Istanbul, Visa Platinum cardholders must pay 300 AZN via smartphone or smartwatch through Google Pay or Apple Pay within the last 35 days.
