Fast Track service

“Platinum" cardholders have the opportunity of passing through security and passport control in a priority order twice a year at the airports listed below.

• • Larnaca, Republic of Cyprus (LCA);
• • Milan-Malpensa, Italy (MXP);
• • Rome-Fiumicino (FCO) and Rome-Ciampino (CIA), Italy;
• • Barcelona, Spain (BCN);
• • Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD);
• • Gran Canaria (LPA), Palma (PMI), Alicante (ALC), Valencia (VLC), Malaga (AGP), Spain

To obtain a PDF file with a QR code to be used during the Fast Track you need to:
1. Enter the “Visa” concierge chatbot;
2. Select the “Visa Travel” menu;
3. Select the “Fast Track in Istanbul” or “Fast Track in Heydar Aliyev International Airport” and get a QR code.

“Black” and “Elite” card holders can now take advantage of the free “Fast Track” service for faster travel at the airport without waiting in lines!
• “Elite”: Unlimted
• “Black”: 10 times a year.

How to use the service?

• Select the relevant airport, the number of passengers and the time that suits you;
• Get the pass for the “Fast Track” in the application or via e-mail;
• Go to the “Fast Track” zone in the terminal;
• Present the pass for the “Fast Track” and use it easily.

Note: To benefit this service, Miles&Smiles PASHA Bank cardholders are required to insert their cards into the ATM and complete any transaction.

To use the service, “Visa Platinum” card holders must pay a total amount of AZN 100 within the last 35 days via smartphone or smart watch. Please note that every payment made is confirmed within 5 days.

Example: You have planned a trip on July 25. You have already paid a total of 70 AZN by July 15. At this time, you should pay an additional AZN 30 until July 20. Because every payment made is confirmed within 5 days.

Note: The card must be active when you enter the hall. The card will be charged USD 1 and will be refunded immediately to verify card activity.
