After receiving the card, contacts for messenger will be sent via appropriate SMS. You record those contacts on your mobile phone and join the chatbot. Depending on Messenger, you can use the service after answering the questions you have been asked for verification purposes.

During the first card order, it is not possible to benefit simultaneously from the several existing campaigns offered within PASHA Bank Miles&Smiles product. Please refer to the campaign terms for more details.

As a member of the Miles&Smiles program, you can earn miles on flights from Turkish Airlines and other Star Alliance members by making non-cash payments in a daily routine.

You can track your miles' balance in the following ways:
• Contacting the Bank's Call Center
• Information about each transaction will be sent via SMS
• To check your miles' balance you can also access your personal page on the Turkish Airlines website or use THY Mobile app.

Miles&Smiles cardholders can earn extra miles. For this, it is enough to make a minimum of 5,000 AZN non-cash payment within the first 3 months since Miles&Smiles card activation.
Miles&Smiles Elite cardholders can earn more miles. An additional 3,000 AZN non-cash payment will make you able to earn an extra 5,000 miles.

It is enough to call the Bank's Call Center to get advance miles. As soon as the verification process is done, the required miles will be loaded onto your balance. The maximum number, usage, and return of the advance miles are described in the miles' calculation instruction.

Depending on the payment, you will be able to see the relevant miles in your account in a few minutes up to 30 days after transaction. Reflection of accrued bills on your account is made by the Bank for processing transactions.

Miles that have not been automatically credited may be credited to the cardholder's account within three months from the date on which the use of the relevant service ends.
Miles will not be credited for canceled orders. In case of any delay, please contact *9123.

There are exceptional operations that does not make you able to earn miles. Relevant exceptions have been mentioned in the miles' calculation instruction.

Miles can be spent through appropriate channels with accordance to the rules provided by Turkish Airlines.

You can get a Bonus ticket for Turkish Airlines flights.

You can register your bonus ticket in the Turkish Airline's Personal Cabinet or Mobile App.

The airport costs must be paid by the customer.

No, it is not possible to transfer the miles to another card.

Coverage is provided to you anywhere in the world for all trips, the duration of each trip being not more than 60 consecutive days. If your trip exceeds 60 days in a row, coverage will not be provided for any part of the trip. The maximum validity of insurance coverage is 183 days outside the country of residence for any 12-month period. Trips must begin and end in your country of residence. One-way ticket rides are not covered. Any trip within your country of residence is covered only if you travel for the distance more than 100 km from your home and if you have previously booked your stay at a hotel, motel, holiday home, mini-hotel, recreation center and other similar paid accommodation , lasting at least two days.

Insurance coverage is valid if all expenses are fully incurred by the insured card.

The insurance coverage is being applied starting from 1 day of travel, while the trip should not exceed 60 days.

The insurance cover is valid if family members travel with the cardholder.

A card is optional if the conditions for providing insurance coverage are met.
