Baku Award Ticket Campaign Terms & Conditions
1. The offer is valid for tickets issued between 07/10/2024 - 31/03/2025, with travel dates between 07/10/2024 – 31/05/2025.
2. Within the scope of the campaign, 30% Mileage discount will be provided on all award tickets issued as one-way or round-trip Business or Economy class on all our destinations departing from and arriving in Baku- except Turkey.
3. For award tickets issued within the campaign, reservation changes are only allowed for the same tracks, taking into account the ticketing date 07/10/2024 - 31/03/2025 and travel date 07/10/2024 – 31/05/2025.
4. Miles can be refunded within 1 year of the date of issue. Refunding Miles, changes to reservations and routes are subject to additional fees.
5. Miles&Smiles Award Ticket rules apply within the scope of the special offer.
6. Ticketing and travelling periods start and end according to the local time in Turkey.
7. All taxes will be charged.
8. This offer is only valid to Miles&Smiles members.
9. Tickets subject to this special offer can be issued through our call center, online channels and sales offices.
10. The related promotion is only valid on scheduled flights operated by Turkish Airlines. It is not valid on Turkish Airlines codeshare flights, Star Alliance partner airline flights and AnadoluJet flights.
11. Turkish Airlines reserves the right to take legal action against the related parties found to have contravened any rules.
12. Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change terms and conditions, definitions and other information pertaining to the special offer and to cancel the offer at any time.
